In the Details blank tell us:
1.  Do you prefer hardback or paperback or either. 
2.  Do you want only a 1st edition or would you settle for later editions. 
3.  Is a bookclub edition acceptable? 
4.  Do you want it signed?  If so will you accept a bookplate signed book or one that is signed on a tipped-in page (this is a blank page that the publisher sends to the author to sign and later glues it in to the front of the book)
5.  What about condition?  Will you accept any condition? See below
